Video is good for what?
Technology can be one of two things:
- A burden that wastes tremendous amounts of time
- An asset that helps to make you more efficient and improve your life
We stick with the time tested methodologies for much of our training philosophy while always striving to stay up to date with the most recent research and findings. We really try to stay away from the newest “fad” or “craze” that is sweeping the industry, instead focusing on what works.
This is not to say that we stay away from technology; in fact the contrary is true. We use tremendous amounts of technology and are in the process of implementing even more in the near future. If something is going to help us improve our member’s performance, we are going to do what we can to implement it into our system.
You may have noticed that we are popping more videos up as of late. This will continue and we do so for multiple reasons. Here is one you probably have not thought about.
