Vacation Workout

Lots of people are heading on vacation this time of year and that can really put a halt to your hard earned progress.

I whipped up 2 quick and easy bodyweight workouts that you can use on the road with absolutely no equipment.  I will make a post in the future of my favorite travel friendly items that you easily pack and bring with you, but that is for another time.

Perform 10 reps of each (5 each side for unilateral exercises) and move immediately to the next exercise.  Rest 60 seconds between circuits and repeat for 2-4 rounds.

Day 1 puts more emphasis on the anterior (front) of the body and day 2 is more focused on posterior (back) muscles.
