Fun Intelligent Training has something for everyone. If you are someone that want to get in shape but doesn’t really know how to go it, or if you are bored of the treadmill and free weights then Boot Camp will get you fit in an fun, engaging, and motivating way. And of course their Team Link Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program lead by world renowned practitioner Alexandre “Vaca” Moreno is top notch. If you have a hard time getting motivated, working out with a group of like minded positive people with the trainers instruction and motivation makes the world of difference. The results I have seen in my athletic performance from training with the Dainty Boys is amazing. I would never have been able to achieve the gains I have made alone, and certainly not at a “room with stuff in it” place like planet fitness, where being your best is discouraged. I cannot stress enough the importance of performance coaching.
