We have so many members that come in and work very hard that it gets difficult to recognize all of the amazing accomplishments.

We have one person in particular that we just had to congratuate.

6 months and she has come 3 days per week without exception.  If she has a scheduling conflict with her normal class time she will arrange to attend another class to make up for it.

She has lost in excess of 55 pounds since May and came into the facility for the first time with, well lets just say a significant dislike of exercise.  This following clip was filmed  in July and you can already see a significant difference.

We are proud of all of  our members and their hard work and will be sharing some more stories with you in the future.  Stay tuned for more updates about Courtney’s progress!
