As a result, people have been asking if they should be doing FIT BOOTCAMP or BARBELL BOOTCAMP. For most people the answer is…

“What do you mean both?” is the question I’m sure many of you are asking. Well, the answer is simple.
FIT BOOTCAMP incorporates some strength training into a conditioning based program while
BARBELL BOOTCAMP is a strength based program.
For the vast majority of people, a combination of both is going to be the best way to make progress toward your goals.
So here is what we are going to do for you:
From Monday 10/31-Saturday 11/5 any existing member can upgrade their membership for only $10.
You guys know how much I love math…
So if you currently have a 2 day/week membership you can upgrade to 3 days/week for only an additional $10/month.
3 day/week can be upgraded to 5 day/week for only an additional $20/month.
You are basically only paying $2.50/additional session with this deal. That is an hour of professional coaching for the price of a cup of coffee. Tell me where else you can get a deal like that?

Had my first experience at Barbell Bootcamp tonight and loved it. Seems like a slow start to me not being able to lift the weight that I know I’m capable of, but like everything else at F.I.T. the trainers (in this case Tony P.) make sure you have the form down first and foremost. I have been to BARBELL BOOTCAMP twice this week and today will be my third visit. I LOVE IT!!! I have always been afraid of gaining muscle while I’m trying to lose weight but if you listen to EVERY FITNESS EXPERT out there… MUSCLE BURNS FAT… so tried it and I’m hooked. I recommend it to anyone looking to change up their current cardio based regimen with some solid barbell lifting… COME TRY IT OUT!!!
