It has been a while since the last FIT Free Saturday, so we are going to be holding the next one June 25th.
This does not count toward the 2 free visits guests get when they come to check out classes and will not count toward members normal monthly visits.

Fred’s Fund Silent Auction
The 5th annual Fred’s Fund Silent Auction is in full effect! Please swing
by if at all possible to show your support for this amazing charity that is near and dear to my heart. Fred was my cousin who passed away unexpectedly at 9 years old. Fred’s Fund raises money to support children and families receiving care at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth.
The picture at right is from last year when the donation check was presented at Governor Lynch’s office.

Another Example of “Ask and You Shall Receive”
People have been asking since day one if we offer personal training at Fun Intelligent Training, especially considering the significant experience Tony and I have in the field (some of you may not know that we first met when I was running the training program at a gym and then he took over my position when I moved on).
Up until now we just have not had the resources available to offer a personal training program at the highest level, and as you know we will never compromise quality just to add a program to the mix.
The combination of bringing Jeff on staff and me being here full time now gives us the ability to at long last offer the best personal training services possible. So let us know if you or someone you know may be interested, and stay tuned for more info about this new offering coming soon!
