We had an excellent turnout for the first FIT Self Defense series and people have been buzzing about the next offering.

If you missed out on the first round, here is a bit of a teaser:

This session will build upon the skills learned in the first session and add weapons defense, ground defense and a couple of other secret tactics to help you stay safe.

No prior experience is necessary to participate, but be ready to work and learn!

This will be a 5 week session Wednesday evenings 5:30-6:30 from 8/3/11 through 8/31/11.

Pricing is as follows:

FIT Members: $69

Non-Members: $89
