We have a bunch of new hap’nens as far as Kickboxing is concerned.
This video will show you an example of a FIT Kickboxing class!
- We are adding a new class time Tuesday mornings at 8:00 beginning Tuesday 8/23.
- Kickboxing will now incorporate self defense techniques into every class.
- We will be holding a special self defense seminar Tuesday 8/30 at 7:15pm.
- The cost will be $5 per person but…
- If you bring a friend both of you can participate for FREE!
- We normally charge $69 for a 5 week session, but if we get a good turnout we may offer one of these discounted classes per month moving forward.
