The Department of Transportation is holding a Wellness Fair for their staff on Wednesday, August 31st and we need your help!

Nobody wants to hear us blab when they can hear the awesome stories you guys have from all of your hard work, so…

If you are able to swing by the John O. Morton Building on 7 Hazen Dr. at any point between 10 and 2, that would be a huge help!  It doesn’t matter if you can stay for 3 hours or 30 minutes, your attendance will be much appreciated and a huge help!

We will be running mini-BOOTCAMPS from 10:30-11 and 1:00-1:30 and will be offering mini-fitness assessments throughout the day as well.  You don’t need to do anything in particular, just be available to answer questions people may have and tell them about your experience.  If you have a FIT shirt, this would be a good time to wear it!

Please shoot me an email asap so I can let the coordinator know you are coming and get you an official name tag!  Thanks again!!!
